Customer Service

We have staff ready to assist customers with any questions regarding their home medical needs and accounts. Staff can be reached Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 24-hour emergency service available. The customer can be assured that his/her privacy will be the utmost priority when discussing any needs, claims and concerns. Customers can be confident that their best interest will be upheld as a result of the 150 years experience that Palmer Home Medical Supply staff has to offer.

Delivery Service

We guarantee friendly and efficient free and timely delivery of equipment to customers living within our service area in Northeast Iowa.

• 24 hour emergency service
• Evaluation of client for specialized products
• Evaluation of client's home for wheelchair accessibility
• Time and travel to secure proper documentation for patient
• Time and labor involved with trial fittings and product sampling
• Labor for warranty repair of defective products
• Pick-up and delivery of product
• Monitoring use of product
• Billing of primary and/or secondary payer sources
• Rework of denied claims
• Instruction on equipment operation and safety to client, family and caregiver
• Follow-up with physicians (progress and compliance)
• User compliance reports when applicable
• Product and technology training for physicians and other healthcare providers
• Assist with home oxygen patient travel arrangements
• Cleaning of equipment
• Loaner products while client's product is in for service
• Respiratory health education to seniors in assisted living centers
• Provide oxygen conserving devices for client's ease of portability of O2
• We are a Medicare Participating Provider and accept assignment
